What is Movement Therapy?
Movement Therapy is an extensive way of training the body, mind and spirit to support one’s self in healthy movement and supportive posture. The Dynamic Embodiment training encapsulates the essence of Body Mind Centering, Laban Movement Analysis, Developmental Movement and Body Counseling. Utilizing the Dynamic Embodiment tools it is possible to work through neuro-muscular issues as well as support healing of physical and or emotional trauma through movement.

How long are your sessions?
Privates and duets are 55 minutes.
How often does someone do Pilates?
You can do Pilates every day so it is best consider your schedule, goals, and finances. I find consistency the most important factor. Once, twice even three times a week would have great benefit.
What do I wear?
Wear smooth form-fitting comfortable clothing. Flat seams are preferable to minimize chafing. Shoes are not worn and socks are optional.
When do my sessions expire?
Your sessions bought as a package expire three months from the purchase date.
